Do you support single sign-on?

Yes. Staff can sign in through your identity provider via SSO, and SCIM keeps users and roles provisioned and deprovisioned automatically, so leavers lose access the day they leave.

Can it connect to our HRMS?

Yes — via SCIM, LDAP/Active Directory and the REST API. manmov'e is gate-and-compliance-centric and complements your HRMS rather than replacing payroll or core HR.

Can check-in open a door?

Access-control integration lets a successful check-in grant door access and check-out revoke it, so visitor and contractor access is tied to a real, approved presence record.

How do webhooks work?

Subscribe to events — visitor checked in, pass approved, sample dispatched, RGP overdue — and receive them at your endpoint in real time. Use them to drive downstream systems without polling.

Which notification channels are supported?

WhatsApp, SMS and email, configurable per event and per site. WhatsApp is used for QR passes, host arrival alerts and return reminders; SMS and email cover approvals, escalations and reports.

Is there an API for our own applications?

Yes. A documented REST API covers visitors, passes, samples, employees and events, secured with role-based tokens. Enterprise plans include support for integration work.
