RGP — Returnable Gate Pass
The pass for material that leaves the premises and is expected back — and the register that tracks it until it does.
NRGP — Non-Returnable Gate Pass
The pass for material that leaves for good: authorised before issue, verified and closed at the gate.
Material Gate Pass
The authorisation for goods to move through a controlled gate, issued as an RGP or an NRGP.
